Characteristics

• Blend: Chardonnay, Pinot Nero
• Method: Metodo Franciacorta (rifermentazione in bottiglia) — aged a minimum of 40 months on the lees
• Colour: Pale straw with subtle green reflections; fine and persistent perlage
• Aroma: Lemon blossom, white peach, chalk, and a hint of fresh almond
• Palate: Tense and linear, combining vibrant citrus with saline minerality; finishes long, crisp, and mouth‑watering

Serving & Pairing

Serve between 8–10 °C in tulip glasses to highlight its aromatic purity. Exceptional with raw seafood, delicate tempura, goat cheese, or vegetable risotto.
